CORE, Inc offers appealing living opportunities to adults with developmental disabilities.
All Individuals who are served by CORE, Inc. are encouraged to express and act upon their personal desires regarding lifestyle, companionship, and community involvement. The quality support services of CORE, Inc. go beyond the person’s need for a safe, comfortable, pleasing home environment. Individuals are encouraged and assisted in the pursuit of stimulating and interesting lives outside their home. The Individuals we serve choose to live with or without roommates in Single Family Homes, Apartment Complexes, Multi-Family Homes, or their family’s home or apartment.
Almost Four Decades of Service
Positive growth over nearly four decades of service tells a story of success. Since CORE, Inc.’s inception in 1986, the number of persons who receive our full-time services have more than doubled — our pool of well-trained staff has nearly tripled.
CORE, Inc. also provides a wide range of contract services to individuals and their families, including:

CORE, Inc. is funded through various entities. The Hamilton County Board of Developmental Disabilities partially funds CORE, Inc. services with contributions from Medicaid and private payments.
CORE, Inc. is certified and regulated by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities. CORE, Inc. complies with Medicaid reporting requirements of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Carnegie
Our Carnegie Home is a ranch with 4 bedrooms and fully upgraded, including 2 fully renovated bathrooms with zero entry (curbless) showers. This home is located in Forest Park on a quiet street.
Greenland
Our Greenland Home is a 2-story group home on a beautiful tree lined street. This home is close to several highways so you can have easy access to the entire city!
Edwood
Our Edwood Home is a ranch style home located in College Hill. Edwood is close to a farmer’s market and minutes from the Clovernook Center for the Blind.
